Question/Problem: Fails. Blank screen that says,"This Page Failed to Load".

When did the problem start? I'm pretty sure it started when I had to change to a different wireless router (like 4 months ago?). It was working fine when we had a Belkin router but my dad had to upgrade to a new SBC Yahoo! Modem that includes a built-in wireless router thing and since then....argh. I don't know. My guess is that it's a Security problem? Connection problem? I don't know.

Any steps you've taken to troubleshoot? I tried uninstalling my anti-virus but it doesn't help. I tried to disable my firewall but it didn't help either. I put the "windows update" link on the exceptions list on IE 8 but it didn't work.

ALSO a different topic but I've been trying to install my Sims 2 Deluxe Edition game and windows pops a message saying that autorun.exe "stopped working" and to close the program,that's it. Anyone have an idea of why it's doing that? I searched everywhere I don't know how to fix it,I was able to install it just fine 4 times before but I had to uninstall it again and again because I couldn't get the game to work (After installing it,I'd put the cd in or let the game try to launch but NOTHING happened).

I recently bought the HP Pavilion p6243w-b desktop computer and asked around about weather or not the sims 3 or other PC games will work on it. The answer was mostly no, because of the graphics card. Does anyone know of a good graphics card that I could buy that will allow games to work good? I just started PC gaming now so I'm sort of clueless about this stuff right now.

Nancy bit me! Like, really hard! Hard enough to draw blood! She has NEVER done that before! I had her running around on my bed and held out my hand to put her back in her cage and she just latched on to my finger and would not let go until I blew rather hard at her. I didn't mean to blow that hard, but I was so surprised at her sudden attack! I don't know what's gotten into her. Is Dewey's smell bothering her? His cage is on the other side of the room!

As an 8th grader, it is mandatory to turn in a science project. I decided to do "Which breed of hamster could figure out an obstacle course quicker?" I chose this because it's easy [I hope] and doesn't involve much work. I am an extremely lazy person in case you haven't realized by now.
In my Abstract, I have to put a purpose to this project... That's when I was like "uh oh". I can't change the project now because I've already turned in all the forms, but I can't for the life of me think of a purpose.
Why would someone need this information? How could it help them?
